NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ENTRY IS VOID WHERE ENTRY IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace Merch, LLC, 1347 19th St., Unit 21, Santa Monica, CA 90404 U.S.A.

2. Administrator. This Sweepstakes is administered by Probability LLC, 2 Woodstock Meadows Ln., P.O. Box 1484, Woodstock, NY 12498 U.S.A.

3. Privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant expressly consents to the processing of their personal information by Sponsor as per its privacy policy. It is strongly recommended that you review Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.flippers.world/privacy PRIOR TO entering the Sweepstakes. Your personal information (including your name, e-mail address and telephone number) will only be used for purposes of Sweepstakes administration (including conducting the random drawing to select prize winners and fulfilling prizes for such winners) and will not be disclosed to any third party except for such Sweepstakes administration purposes, unless you expressly agree otherwise as per Rule 6 below.
   
   For residents of the United Kingdom: Your personal information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used at the direction of Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace Merch, LLC and will be transferred to the United States. If you are not comfortable with the level of data protection provided by the United States in transferring or storing your personal information or with your data being transferred to or stored in the United States do not participate in the Sweepstakes.  Your personal information will be retained until November 15, 2024. You have the right to access, correct, or have your personal information deleted as well as to determine the disposition of your personal information upon your death. 4. Sweepstakes Entry Period. The “Sweepstakes Entry Period” begins at 10:00:00 A.M. Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on November 10, 2022/5:00:00 A.M. United States Eastern Time (“USET”) on November 10, 2022 and ends at 7:59:59 A.M. GMT/2:59:59 A.M. USET on November 15, 2022 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period").

5. Eligibility. The Flipper’s Chronic Skate Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and the United Kingdom, who are (a) at least 18 years of age (or age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence), as of the time of entry. Valid e-mail account and Internet access required. Void outside the United States and the United Kingdom and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents and representatives of Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace Merch, LLC (“Sponsor”), Probability LLC (“Administrator”), Telescope, Inc., or any of their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, divisions and advertising, promotion, public relations agencies, prize suppliers (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) and their immediate families or members of their household (i.e., spouse, partner, parents, children, siblings, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents and grandchildren, regardless of where they live), are not eligible to enter or win.

6. How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, an eligible person can enter the Sweepstakes by visiting https://www.flippers.world/ and click on the banner to access the entry form (the “Entry Site”) and submitting their full name, e-mail address and phone number, as required.
   
   CLICK THE CHECK BOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU ARE 18 OR OLDER AND HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (AVAILABLE AT https://www.flippers.world/terms-of-use). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR CONFIRMATION OF AND AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN A GRAND PRIZE. NO PURCHASE WHATSOEVER IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. 
   
   For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an entry is “received” when the Entry Site’s servers record the entry information. Proof of sending (such as, without limitation, a printed, saved or copied automated receipt confirming entry, a “thanks for entering” screen or message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes.
   
   During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional and/or reminder e-mails is optional and providing or withholding consent will not affect your ability to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Sponsor, and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.
   
   Only complete and valid entries will be eligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes. Eligible entrants agree that Sponsor and Administrator shall retain full authority, in their sole discretion, to interpret and administer these Official Rules, and entrants agree to be bound by all decisions and interpretations made in good faith by the Sponsor and/or Administrator. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.If a person violates the entry limit, only the initial entry will be retained. However, Sponsor/Sweepstakes Administrator reserve the right to disqualify such person altogether and void all his/her entries if Sponsor/Sweepstakes Administrator determine in their sole discretion that such person has repeatedly or egregiously violated the entry limit or if he/she has attempted to defraud Sponsor/Sweepstakes Administrator in conjunction therewith.
   
   All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that are late, incomplete, garbled/jumbled, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged, delayed, inaccessible, stolen or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or e-mail address, including, without limitation, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Promotion Entities are not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, electronic malfunctioning of any telephone network, computer hardware or software; any failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any combination thereof; or for any error, human, technical or otherwise. Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any fraudulent entries or any individual it finds tampering with the operation or entry process of the Sweepstakes or acting in violation of these Official Rules. If, for any reason, an entry is determined by Sponsor [or Sweepstakes Administrator] to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if feasible; if not feasible for any reason, Sponsor [and/or Sweepstakes Administrator] shall not have any liability to entrant in conjunction with same.

7. Winner Selection. On or about November 15, 2022, Administrator – an independent, third party judging agency - will randomly select two (2) entries, from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period, as the potential winners of the below defined prize (the “Grand Prize”). Decisions of the Administrator will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

8. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

9. Prize and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”)
   
   Two (2) Grand Prizes are available. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a signed custom pair of roller skates by Dr. Dre. (THIS PRODUCT IS A COLLECTIBLE ITEM ONLY. IT IS FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY AND NOT INTENDED TO BE WORN OR USED AS EQUIPMENT IN THE SPORT OF ROLLER SKATING.) ARV: $400.00.USD/ £346.36 GBP each.
   
   Exact autographs on custom pair of roller skates described above shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Retail value does not reflect resale value.

   
   Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. Grand Prize will be delivered to Winner at their normal residential address in the USA or UK and at the Sponsor’s cost. Once Grand Prize has been delivered to Winner’s address, Sponsor shall have no further liability and all risk shall pass to Winner. Sponsor shall have no liability if Winner provides an incorrect delivery address. Any unspecified expenses in conjunction with acceptance and use of Grand Prize (including any desired insurance or expenses/costs incurred in displaying roller skates) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Winner is not entitled to exchange, substitute or transfer prize except with Sponsor’s permission or where required by law. If for any reason announced prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
   
   All federal, state, local or other taxes (including import duty), are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If Grand Prize winner is a resident of the United Kingdom, such taxes may include foreign withholding tax, personal tax and/or import duty.

10. Claiming the Prize. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone on or about November 15, 2022. Failure to respond to the initial notification e-mail within twenty-four (24) hours after transmission to the potential winner or return of the e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts will result in disqualification and award of the prize to an alternate winner. Potential winners maybe required to complete, sign and return within ten (10) business days of transmission, an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law and any other documentation required by Sponsor or Administrator (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification attempt within twenty-four (24) hours after transmission as set forth above, if Prize Claim Documents are not returned to Administrator within the specified time period, if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if a potential winner does not accept the prize for any reason, prize may be forfeited and such potential winner may be disqualified. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected from all remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting e-mail account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

11. General. Each entrant agrees to and accepts and shall abide by these Official Rules and agrees that any disputes shall be resolved by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify, amend or suspend the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including without limitation due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or force majeure or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law by a court/tribunal of competent jurisdiction, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of these Official Rules, administration of this Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the winners or Grand Prizes. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the Grand Prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation which will be posted on the Entry Site.

12. Disputes. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California or an appropriate California State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. For United Kingdom residents only: the preceding is subject to the law of England and Wales and laws which mandate that any dispute, claim or cause of action (including non-contractual disputes and/or claims) arising out of or connected with these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded be resolved (a) pursuant to the law of England and Wales and/or (b) before a court or other tribunal.

13. Release. By participating, each entrant agrees to hold harmless the Promotion Entities, Meta Platforms, Inc., Twitter, Inc., their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”), from any liability whatsoever, and waive and release such parties from any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional) arising out of or in connection with the event or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, participation in any promotion-related activity, or participation in the promotion, whether under a theory of contract, torts (including, without limitation, negligence), warranty, or any other theory or cause of action. For United Kingdom residents only: the preceding does not limit or exclude Releasees’ liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence or any other liability which may not as a matter of law be limited.

14. Winners’ List. For the names of winners (first name and first initial of last name, as well as county and country) mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "Flippers Chronic Skate Winners" c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. All such requests must be received by December 30, 2022. United Kingdom residents may omit return postage.
